Support Announcement:

The support timeframes have been shortened for the following JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 In-Memory Products: Sales Advisor, Planning Advisor, and Project Portfolio Management.

  • Premier Support will end September 2023. (Previously, Premier Support was available through December 2032.)
  • Extended Support is not available
  • Indefinite Sustaining Support is available.

This change is reflected in the Lifetime Support Policy: Oracle Applications LSP  brochure within Oracle’s JD Edwards Continuous Innovation Exceptions Table.

 

Faster Decision-Making
Each of Oracle's Applications business lines—including Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Siebel, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Hyperion—have announced Oracle Engineered Systems new In-Memory Applications. Oracle Engineered Systems provide operational visibility against transactional data. Applications processes that could only be imagined as batch processes are now transformed to real time.

Additionally, each of Oracle's Applications Business Lines have benchmarked their key business processes as part of Oracle Engineered Systems, recording unequaled performance gains and time reductions for key processes.
