This document addresses issues and resolutions related the Open Enrollment Process. The document is designed for users who are currently using the Open Enrollment process.  The document is not formatted in a troubleshooting step order as these are various issues on various processes that can be resolved via setup or process clarification.

 Question 1:  The Other Plans enrollment does not display (item 210).  
 Question 2: When running ESS for an employee, the Dental plan does not display but employee shows as enrolled in the plan.
 Question 3: Employee cannot designate themselves as a beneficiary on a spouse or life insurance policy.
 Question 4:  On the portal, P05400/Self-Service Process Flow Setup, the system is not triggering the next screens.
 Question 5:  Amounts for Long Term Disability (LTD) between Current and Pending Benefit Statements are different.
 Question 6:  When an employee is terminated, the current elections remain in Available Plans and Plan Options by Employee (P085520W) and Dependent/Beneficiary Coverage Revisions (P085536W).
 Question 7:  If a benefit plan is updated with a 'PEN' Benefit Status after running the Update Benefits Information to Live Tables (R085524), the Amt/Rt Level 1 (RTAM) field is blanked out  in Employee DBA Instructions (P050181/F06106).
 Question 8:  Plan links are not functioning on Elect Coverage Form P085571.
 Question 9:  Attempting to use the Benefit Confirmation Statement (R083440) report to show employees what they selected for in prior year, in anticipation of making their selections for current year.
 Question 10:  Receiving a hard error when selecting a prerequisite plan.
 Question 11:  After running the Update Benefits to Live Tables R085524 in proof and in final mode,  Enrollment Overrides P08330 shows both the plan that should have ended and the new plan as active.
 Question 12:  P05410P does not call the client specific version when used on the portal.
 Question 13:  An employee who is a beneficiary is enrolled in the wrong plan.
 Question 14:  Prior to Tools Release 8.98.30, Portals running E1 via WSRP with HR Enhanced ESS portlet have display issues.
 Question 15:  When an employee is making an address or name change through the Employee Self Service portlet P05PTLET, the change is not reflected on the screen. 
 Question 16: How does workflow work for Open Enrollment?  How will employee's receive an email notification that their benefit selections have been approved?
 Question 17: How does P08505 (Benefits Self-Service Constants) setup affect DBA Calculations with table methods that use salary and age fields? What is supposed to be entered?
 Question 18: From Employee Self Service for Open Enrollment after choosing beneficiaries the screen goes blank (only shows the users name at the top) and doesn't offer an option to go to the next screen.
