Is there a way to promote RIAF (Related Information Application Framework) or CafeOne (Composite Application Framework for EnterpriseOne) content from one environment to another?  For example: 

Content is created in the DV environment. The Related Information has also been setup in P952332 Relation Information Revisions application for both DV and PY environments. When a user logs into PY, they cannot see the content.  Also, there is no data in any of the RIAF applications for PY:

• P952334 Generic URL Metadata Management application
• P952335 Generic URL Access Control Management application
• P952336 Publish Management application
