Purpose

 This document provides a discussion of the steps needed to set up the Management Data Portion of the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HomeBuilder Management System, 44H.

Scope

 This document is directed to users of the HomeBuilder Management application, and specifies steps needed to setup Companies, Areas, Communities, Phases, and Lots.  The reader will also find steps to set up Cost Code Templates, Plans & Elevation, and Option Setup.   This document differs from the System Setup documentation, as it is directed toward the user-defined nature of managing the homebuilding revenue and expense profitability of an enterprise.
