Symptoms

Call Object kernel stopped after running one customized NER business function (BSFN). Other custom NER works fine.

Once Call Object kernel stopped, users become disconnected from the kernel and when the user attempts to perform any work they get a Web Client Exception Error.

Changes

Upgrade from XE to App 9.1 or App 9.2
