Symptoms
When attempting to add a GeoCode to an employee in the P0801US
the following error is returned:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the P05004 (Work with HRM Common Display Settings.
2. Set HRGEO = Y
3. Go to Employee Master (P0801)
4. Select an employee.
5. Go to the Row Exit, Address Book
6. Go to the Mailing Tab
7. Enter the employee's address, city, state, zip code.
8. Click on OK to accept the changes.
9. Once back at Employee Master (P0801)
10. Highlight the employee and go to the row exit and select National/Fiscal Data (P0801US)
11. In the Tax Area (Residence) field, click on the visual assist
12. Highlight the correct GeoCode and click on Select.
13. Click on OK when back at the National/Fiscal Data Screen.
14. Error is given:
Tax Area Vertex GeoCode Invalid
Error Code 8910M
