E1: 31: Auto Update Work Order Changes to Outside Process Purchase Order (Doc ID 1950502.1)

Symptoms

Currently, whenever a planner made changes in quantities or dates of a Mfg Work Order (P48013) and the purchasing will be informed to manually update
the changes on the OR as the system does not automatically update the related OR and OS (if converted) created for outside processing operation. More often
than not, it becomes an issue when manual changes are not or incorrectly updated in the system.

Noted that there is similar question raised in Oracle, ref E1: 31: Outside Operations - Work Order to Purchase Order Link FAQ (P3112, P48013, R31410,

P4312) (Doc ID 1096932.1), but it requires manual intervention to run R31410.

Please provide the function that will systematically update quantities/datesn on the related orders (OR and OS) when quantities and dates are changed on
the work orders without manual intervention.
