Error Processing Work Order When Running Variance Accounting - R31804

If error is received ("Sales detail line was not added, original line is not completed-147803") on one of the actual cost work orders being processed through the Variance Accounting Job (R31804) none of the subsequent actual cost work orders will process. Run the subsequent orders independently then they will process without issue. It appears that once it hit this error then it just stops processing all actual cost orders whether they have the same issue or not.
Error should be received for the first work order during variance accounting because it is on a sales order waiting to be shipped. After the error the other work orders should process through variance accounting.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create several actual cost (cost method 09) work orders - lot controlled
2. Issue component material
3. Complete the work orders
4. Add the Item/lot/location from the first work order to a sales order.
5. Run the manufacturing accounting Jobs
