Symptoms
After upgrading Server Manager Console to 9.1.5.x, HTML Server instance configured on WebLogic Server restarts when changing any value like Log Level or Log Format under Log File Configuration for any existing log or creating a new User specific log from Server Manager Console.
Same behavior noticed when making any changes in INI file parameters for HTML Server instance and it prompts to Synchronize the changes. When you click on "Synchronize" , it also stops and starts the HTML Server instance.
