Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are not able to sign-in from Web Dev Client or Web Client to EnterpriseOne. The following error is presented: "An unknown JAS sign in error occurred. Please contact the System Administrator." It is happening for all environments and for all users. Restarted the JDE services on Enterprise Server and restart the Oracle Application Server and the second attempt was unsuccessful.
