Symptoms
When an application for example Receipt Entry (P03B102) calls ARInvRealTimeEventNotify (B03B1010) which calls RTE API jdeIEO_EventInit for event RTARIVOUT and the event is disabled in Event Activation (P90701A) the Call Object Kernel contains a message 'Failed to create event RTARIVOUT'. This is filling up the log for every receipt entered and is confusing as it seems there was a failure.
