E1: 05T: P051121 Billing Rate Wrong From Union Rates For Record Type (RCCD) 3 When Highest Rate Found (Doc ID 2070810.1)

Symptoms

P051121/B0500002 (Time Entry)

When Record Type (RCCD) 3 timecard transactions are entered through P051121 with rates derived from the Union Rates and the Billing Markup Table, the derived billing rate is based on the Employee Master rate instead of the Union Job Type rate. This base employee master rate is then multiplied by the markup percentage rather than the Union Rate for the associated union and job type/step. The processing option of the Time Entry Master Business Function (P050002A) attached to the P051121 version is set to use the Billing Markup table, use the Union Rates table as the pay rate source, and assign the highest pay rate found. The Markup Table F48096 is set up with a record for a percentage markup for the PDBA Code and Object Account. This issue was previously resolved within Bug 20464407, but that fix does not resolve this scenario where the P050002A processing option tab "Pay Rates" option #2 "Assign Highest Pay Rate" is set to '1' for "Use the highest pay rate found".
