Symptoms

BI Publisher Report Definitions jobs on certain reports like R42565 and R42520 are failing with Job Status FX - "XML Publisher Error" shown in the "Report Definition Job Control Search" screen (W95630B).

The following errors are seen in the XML Publisher Kernel jde.log:

These Report Definitions have always run successfully but just recently they started failing.
