Goal
The Application Interface Services (AIS) Server provides a JSON over REST interface, a light-weight interface that enables clients that run on the AIS Server to interact with EnterpriseOne applications and forms. The interaction with EnterpriseOne requires an AIS Server configuration with the EnterpriseOne HTML Server. AIS clients and features supported on the AIS Server include mobile enterprise applications, AIS Java API clients, Application Development Framework (ADF) applications, and Orchestrations. AIS server is also used when implementing UXOne with analytic graphs and watchlist processing, E1 Search and Task search, Notifications.
