Symptoms

Triggered RTABOUT (same behavior for all standards and custom events) which passes the date (11/10/2015)via the api 'jdeIEO_EventAdd API, but when checking the generated XML via JMSqueue in WLS it subtracts 1 date from the entered date which becomes 11-09-2015 instead of 11-10-2015.
