Symptoms
While accessing GLBL Order Promising (Form Exit) from Sales Order Entry P4210 to review order promising information, the following error occurs.
"Call to Web Service failed, error: No Results Returned from GOP"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P4210 application
2. Enter order information, Form Exit > GLBL Order Promising
3. This invokes a call to BSSV JC34A020.GlobalOrderPromisingProcessor.getGlobalOrderPromising
4. The response from GOP Service is populated in P4210GOP application.
5. Here customer sees an error: Call to Web Service failed,
