E1: 49: P43250 Receipting Routing does not Display Shipment Number for OT Order

Symptoms
In the case of transfer (ST/OT) orders, the shipment number of the OT order is not populated in P43250 - Receipt Routing Movement and Disposition.
Steps to Duplicate:
1.P4210 Create a ST/OT transfer order.
2.In the P4205 processing options| Process Tab| Enable In-Transit Accounting.
3.In the P4205| Versions tab| Call the specific version of P4312.
4.In the related version of P4312, enable the processing option for receipt routing.
5.Ship confirm the ST order.
6.For the OT order notice that shipment number generated is 7376
7.The OT order has entered receipt routing as well.
8.However notice in P43250 that no shipment number is populated for the OT order.
