Symptoms

You have setup the Oracle Weblogic Server JAS Cluster following the Clustering Best Practices with Oracle WebLogic guide. When trying to access the JDE login page using cluster URL, getting the following error message on browser:

Failure of Web Server bridge
No Backend server available for connection timed: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
