E1: JAS: Oracle Weblogic Server JAS Cluster URL returns "Failure of Web Server bridge" Error Message (Doc ID 2119134.1)

Symptoms

You have setup the Oracle Weblogic Server JAS Cluster following the Clustering Best Practices with Oracle WebLogic guide. When trying to access the JDE login page using cluster URL, getting the error message on browser.

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No Backend server available for connection timed: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

 

OHS log shows the following error messages:

weblogic: parseJVMID: could not resolve hostname '-1398273388'. Returning NULL from parseJVMID
weblogic: initJVMID: parseClusterServerList failure
weblogic: request [/jde/E1Menu.maf] did NOT process successfully
