Symptoms

R3483 - Multi-Plant MRP

R3483 DISREGARDS PAST DUE AND FROZEN WOS WITH G/L MSSG REMOVED FROM UDC 34/MT

When having the G & L messages removed from UDC 34/MT, MRP Multi-Plant (R3483) disregards any past due (WOs) supply or any existing (current or future) frozen WOs and creates new replenishment WOs through either "O" or "B" messages.
MRP does not appear to be recognizing component supply that is frozen (in this case a work order) based on parent work order demand and is creating too much demand. If the component work order is unfrozen by changing the Freeze Code from Y to N, the system does recognize the work order supply.

Note: Bug 23046628 resolves the reported issue even if G and L messages are NOT removed from UDC 34/MT.
