Symptoms
While trying to add an existing object to OMW project in P98220W (OMW Web), if a user selects any object from 'Object Search and Select' form , he is prompted with ''Select Application Failure Header Label' form with message that the business function ObjectSearchCache has failed. Following message is displayed as shown in screenshot below
