E1: OVR: How to Upload Missing Report Layouts and Data Models on a New BI Publisher Server after Upgrading from 9.x to 9.2 ?

Goal
After upgrading the JD Edwards Release from 9.x to 9.2 , standard One View Reports (OVR) fail to run successfully because of missing layouts and data models from BI Publisher Server. Error message is shown as below :
"System cannot access the report because it does not exist anymore on the BIP Server. Please contact your system administrator to delete the report definition."
This happens because a new BIP server is used in 9.2 but the required steps for downloading and uploading the old pathcode catalog folder, from old BI Publisher server, is not completed . The old BIP server from previous release was re-imaged before the backup of BIP catalog folder was taken. There is no zipped collection of standard OVR reports available for 9.2 release. How can the standard OVR report layouts and data models be uploaded to BI Publisher server?
