Symptoms

PA Act32 F06166B/F06136B is updated incorrectly when multiple School Codes exist in same Tax Area. If a PA Tax Area has more than 1 School/PSD Code combination associated with it in the F0701730 table, and the employee is setup with the second, third, fourth, etc occurrence, the wrong PSD Code is updated to the F06166B and F06136B during Final Update. The first F0701730 PSD occurrence found for the Tax Area is always picked up and updated to history rather than retrieving the PSD Code by the EE's Tax Area/School Code combination. This causes R077011 Integrity Error 0257 - Tax Summary Missing Tax Detail because the F06136B/F06166B keys do not match. This inhibits the Payroll Users from accessing PA Act32 Tax Detail records from the Tax Summary forms and incorrect tax reporting. If an employee is setup using the first School Code occurrence, everything is updated correctly.
