E1: FDA: Overrides DD Item Set Edit Rule Range Does Not Work (Doc ID 2169417.1)

Symptoms

In Tools Release: 9.1.5,  when trying to setup DD override for URAB DD item on a form, the edit rule RANGE when set with values between 1 and 12 and saved the system does not saves those values.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any form example P00146 / W00146B
2. Add DD item URAB on form
3. Go to control property and select Override tab
4. Click on Edit Rule button and select RANGE option and specify from and to values and click OK to save
5. System does not save values but only RANGE
