Symptoms

The PA SUI Flat File is does not contain correct information per the PA SUI Specifications, http://www.uc.pa.gov/Documents/UC_Forms/UC-2010.pdf.

-Qrty Gross Wages on the S Record, Pos 64-77
-Qrty Taxable Wages on the S Record, Pos 92-105
-Employee Withholding Amount on T Record, Pos 164-174

In addition, the PA SUI Specifications indicate that the S Record (Employee)in Pos. 11-30, If the name is a compound name or has a suffix (JR SR II etc.), enter a dash (no space) between the names and/or suffix. (Revised 01-2016)

The PA SUI flat file should follow the PA SUI Specifications in general.
