Symptoms

When trying to download an ESU (Electronic Software Update) from the Update Center or using Change Assistant, we get a virus detection alert message. In some cases, the file is also deleted by the antivirus software as soon as the download completes. This has mostly been seen with Symantec Endpoint Protection and McAfee.
