E1: WLS: JAS: Unable to Login in E1 Web Client With WebLogic Server 12C, Error Message " Cannot find operation handleNotification" in server_name.out Log (Doc ID 2185160.1)

When trying to login in E1 Web Client after providing valid user ID and password and clicking on Sign In button,the browser redirects back to the login screen or just stuck there indefinitely without showing any errors on screen or in E1root.log of HTML instance.

1. Log in E1 Web client with valid credentials.
2. Click on Sign in button.
3. Page redirects back to the login screen or just stuck there indefinitely and will not enter E1 Menu.

You will find below error in WLS logs <J2EE_DV920_XXXX_.out>

A sample path to locate this log file is x:/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/<Domain_Name>/Servers/<Server_Name>/logs/<server_name.out>
