Using Weblogic 12.2.1 and JDeveloper 12.1.3
A BSSV package as successfully build and deployed.

However after package deploy the BSSV server does not successfully start.

We can see in the logs the following errors (found in C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\<domain name>\servers\<BSSV Server>\BSSV_Server.log):
