Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, SCP General

Customer Master flag must be set to 1 to use Promised Ship. The default of blank does not allow the Constant flag in P34A10 to drive GOP to promise by
Ship Date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Ship/Delivery Date in Customer Master is left blank, GOP should process
based on the P34A10 setting.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open P34A10
2. Under the Gerenal Tab - Real Time
3. GOP Arrival or Ship Flag is blank
4. Blank option will not drive GOP to promise the Ship Date
