E1: SEC: Unable to Revise Security in P98OWSEC for One User (Doc ID 2206681.1)

Symptoms

There are two users, namely, UserA and UserB. Both of these users have the same SYSADMIN role assigned.

When UserA login to the web client and run Work with User Security application (P98OWSEC), from the Row menu, the user is not able to see the option "Revise Security" but instead see the option "Revise Data Source". 

When UserB login to the web client and perform the same, the user see the correct option "Revise Security".


The Role Relationship setup is the same for both users and the P98OWSEC setup is the same. There is no P00950 security setup for the role SYSADMIN, UserA, UserB or *98OWSEC*.
