Symptoms

When attempting to advance/promote a project which includes a Task and a Task Relationship via OMW (Object Management Workbench), the following error is generated:

 

Error: General Error in method, Status Change
CAUSE: A General error occurred while attempting to call the
Status Change method
RESOLUTION: Inspect the Object Management Workbench Logging System for
this object to see if any errors were reported. Also,
inspect the jde.log and/or jdedebug.log files for more
information regarding this error.

 

The promotion fails with the following errors in the jde.log:
