Symptoms
Summarize taxes by authority in the processing option "14. Print Tax Summary" of Invoice Print (R42565) does not print the breakdown on tax detail correctly.
R42565 should print tax breakdown whenever the tax area (or, tax rate) changes even for same tax authority
