Symptoms

When you click on the Check-IN button from OMW for any JP* object, you get the following error. 



Other symptom:

When following E1: BSSV: How to Test Provider Using Integrated WLS In JDeveloper 12c (Doc ID 1677594.1) and I get "500 internal server error Credentials could not be validated from message or from configuration file." during the http analyzer test.
I switch back to jdev 1213 with jdk 1.7, issue gone away.
