R31802A is selecting parent G/L class code from Item Branch instead of Item location.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create parent item with G/L Class code 'IN10' in item master and Item Branch and primary location for item with G/L Class 'IN30'
2. Crete simple bill of material for parent item with only one child.
3. Set up DMAAI 3120 AND 3130 using both G/L class 'IN10' and 'IN30'
4. Create work order for parent and attach part list.
5. Issue material.
6. Complete order.
7. Run Accounting-R31802A
8. Note that DMAAI 3120 and 3130 are referring to G/L class 'IN10' from item Branch instead G/L class from Items primary location
