Tools Release: 9.2
***************************

When Confirming Pick Suggestions using DSI its creating a negative commitment against the Primary Location. If the item was hard committed to a lot and location on the parts list prior to Pick Requests being generated, the Confirm Suggestions creates a negative soft commitment against the actual item location.
This dos not happen when the Pick requests is confirmed using standard E1 P4617

Note: When Pick Suggestion is Confirmed - For Hard Committed Items on Parts List, a Negative Soft Commit is being applied against the shelf location. For all other items a Negative Soft Commit is being applied to the Primary Location, which clears when R3190 Repost is ran.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Work Order - P48013
2. Manually Attach Parts List and Hard Commit one of the items to a specific Lot and Location
3. (Processing Options to Version of Parts List P3111, Called by P48013 should be set to create Pick Requests)
4. Process Pick Requests - R46171
5. Confirm Suggestion using DSI
