E1: AIS Task Search Fails With "AIS Login Failure" Error When SSL Is Enabled (HTTPS) (Doc ID 2302692.1)

Symptoms

When HTML Client and AIS are using HTTP, everything works fine.  However, when both of them are using HTTPS, then when  you access "Task Search", you get "AIS Login Failure" error.   Also, soapUI tokenrequest fails with the below error.
