E1: 08: Employee Master (P0801) Not Updated For Future Dated Status Change (P08720) Using Workflow EESTSCHG (Doc ID 2316485.1)

Symptoms

Workflow EESTSCHG (employee status change is active).  A status change is entered in Employee Status Change (P08720) with a future date and all approvals are obtained.  The Workflow EESTSCHG will be at a Halted status when reviewed from Process Task Monitor (P98860) and Waiting for Effective Date when reviewed from Status Change (P087201).

But when the future or effective date is reached the employee master is not updated even though the Process Task Monitor (P98860) and Status Change (P087201) show as completed.
