E1: SEC: LDAP With SSL- Security Kernel Fails With Error "Failed to initilize client SSL environment" On Tools Release Version 9.2.2.1 Through 9.2.2.4 (Doc ID 2358764.1)

Symptoms

When enabling LDAP with SSL, Security Kernel fails with below error message.
This started happening after applying Tools 9.2.2.1. Reverting back to tools 9.2.1.4 fixes the issue.

E1 LDAP is working fine without SSL and was able to authenticate using LDAP.
E1 LDAP with SSL works fine with tools 9.2.1.4.

 In the security kernel jde and jdedebug.log you will see the below errors:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable LDAP Authentication with SSL and start the E1 services

 This started happening after applying tools 9.2.2.1.
