E1: SEC: LDAP With SSL- Security Kernel Fails With Error "Failed to initilize client SSL environment" On Tools 18.104.22.168 and above

When enabling LDAP with SSL, Security Kernel fails with below error message.
This started happening after applying Tools 22.214.171.124. Reverting back to tools 126.96.36.199 fixes the issue.
E1 LDAP is working fine without SSL and was able to authenticate using LDAP.
E1 LDAP with SSL works fine with tools 188.8.131.52.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable LDAP Authentication with SSL and start the E1 services
This started happening after applying tools 184.108.40.206.
