Symptoms
In EnterpriseOne tools release 9.2, Scheduler kernel goes zombie after EnterpriseOne services are started.
STEPS
1. Start E1 services on the server which starts the scheduler kernel (the scheduler server is defined in P91300 on a fat client. Fast Path: P91300 > Form Exit > Scheduler Server).
2. If the server is not configured to launch the scheduler kernel automatically (via the setting numberOfAutoStartProcesses=1 under [JDENET_KERNEL_DEF10] in the JDE.INI), then manually start the scheduler kernel (on a fat client: Fast Path: P91300 > Form Exit > Scheduler Server > Form Exit > Start Scheduler).
3. Scheduler kernel starts up successfully.
4. Scheduler kernel immediately crashes and is unable to launch scheduled jobs.
