E1: 43B: BSSV JP43B000 VoucherMatchManager Does Not work with Vertex Tax Rate Area (Doc ID 2368333.1)

When entering a purchase order with Vertex activated and processing the voucher match through the JP43B000 VoucherMatchManager BSSV then it fails with error 0272 – Tax Area invalid. The system is looking for the Vertex tax rate area in the F4008 and fails. This happens with Tax explanation code U. The same voucher match can be processed with the interactive app P4314


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Make sure Vertex is active
2) Set up supplier with Tax explanation code U and a Vertex Tax Rate area
3) Enter and receive purchase order
4) Populate payload for JP43B000 VoucherMatchManager
5) Error 0272 – Tax Area invalid is issued as it is looking for the tax rate in the F4008
6) The same voucher match can be done through P4314
