Symptoms

Working on a Composite Page using Designer Pane and tasks. When using URL type all the tiles using url task type appear as "Permission Denied".

This only happens if the user in question has application security set up for *ALL applications either *PUBLIC, role or individual level.
Same tasked used in the Composite Page work properly from the Navigator.

If the *all application security is removed the tiles appear enable as they should.
