Currently, the send message link to Approval/Rejection Reasons (P43081|W43081D) form does not allow the user to access any row or form exits. The only action that can be taken is to view or change the reason records in the Approval/Rejection Reasons table (F4318).

The Approval Processing workflow message for a Approval or Rejection email contains a link to the Approval/Rejection Reasons (P43081|W43081D) form. This form does not allow the email recipient to efficiently handle PO rejections and resubmit for approval.

This request is to change the workflow process to send a link to form "W43081A", allowing the user to review Orders Awaiting Approval, orders approved, or rejected. Then be able to row exit to Order Approval - Approval/Rejection Reasons, form W43081D as needed. Most importantly, the user could row exit to PO Entry, PO Header or PO detail, to make the corrections needed to put the order back into approvals.
 
Ideally, the P43081 would be enhanced to include a workflow processing option tab and then have an option for the send message link be for form W43081A, W43081C, or W43081D.
