When accessing directly into Sales Order (P42101) to perform a line update and inserting a new line into an a previously created sales order, a database problem arises where the transaction is not committed nor recorded in the F76422 table. Transaction Error is thrown and the order will be locked for the user.
ERROR: TRANSACTION ERROR
Transaction cannot be committed. It was cancelled
WC/message text is displayed: Application Data for P42101 successfully saved. Reason for save: transaction cannot be committed . It was cancelled.

Canceling transaction because: TC052 InsertTable: Insert failed
