Goal
How to Migrate a JDE install on an Application Release lower than 9.1? This solution proposes a series of steps on how to manually migrate an install from one set of machines to another. This is basically swapping out all machines of an on-premise install.
For Application Releases 9.1 and 9.2 a Migration Utility and guides can be found, but there is no documentation in regards to doing a Lift and Shift for lower releases. For 9.1 and later see the following:
