Symptoms

APP: 9.1
TR: Upgrade from 9.1.4.7 to 9.2.2.4

ISSUE
-----------------------
Not able to view old Classic E1 Pages after update Tools Release of second path code from 9.1.4.7 to 9.2.2.4.
Update Tools Release for QA path code does not have the issue but for PD, there is no E1Page displayed after sign in.


ERROR
-----------------------
No errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade TR from 9.1.4.7 to 9.2.2.4 and build and deploy successful full package
2. Log to PD910 environment
3. Notice there are no E1Pages displayed
