Symptoms
F4602 records are sometimes created with two or more Location Detail Sequence Numbers if the same item/lot, and location are received on different days. If you then generate a pick request from that location for either sales order or work order demand, it is desired to pick the entire location clean. However, it is not possible to do this without exiting to the F4602 Location Detail Screen and manually selecting all of the F4602 records. Failure to do so results in Error 0453M, Suggestion Will Create a Negative F4602
CAUSE . . . This suggestion will create a negative Location Detail (F4602) record. You can not confirm this suggestion because it will create a negative on hand for the Location Detail record. RESOLUTION. Either confirm the inbound suggestion(s) or transfer quantity into this Location Detail record to increase on hand.
