Changing the requested date on sale order does not trigger product allocation preference as per hierarchy.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Set up product allocation preference hierarchy by customer/ item and by item
2.Setup product allocation preference by item (PAA007) from current date till 2025 for qty 0.001
3.Setup product allocation preference by customer (4242) / item (PAC007) for the current month (June) only and for Qty 100
4.Set up P4210 calling R40400 with product allocation preference ON
5. Create Sale order for item PAC007 and customer 4242 qty 50 and requested date in the current month. (June)
6. Note that order does not throw product allocation error as the customer/item preference for the current month (June)has qty limit of 100
7. Save the Order.
8. Inquire the order again and change the requested date to next month (July) and note that system does not throw any product allocation error
9. The system should have triggered warning as product allocation preference by item (PAC007) from current date till 2025 is set for qty 0.001
