E1: 76B: System Still In Process Not Releasing NF to Close with OK Option (P76B900)

Symptoms
On : 9.1 version, Localizations - LATAM - Procurement
When user clicks in NF Revision (P4312BR) P76B900 - Nota Fiscal Check is displayed and System Still In Process form [MESSAGE] (W76B900C) is displayed over the form. This form gives user two options:
OK= Keep waiting until Nota Fiscal is ready to be closed OR Cancel = You can leave now this application and Close Nota Fiscal P7610B
When clicking CANCEL option works as expected as message disappears and user is able to go to NF P7610B and close the NF. However, when user clicks OK for the system to release the NF and be able to close it in this option, the system loops and does not release the information. In this scenario, for 11 minutes it was not releasing a one non-stock line order. Had to opt for the CANCEL option to be able to continue working. One line processing should not take too long and keep looping.
