Symptoms
The Unit Weight (ITWT) on the sales quote does not transfer to sales order when released (P420111). When using the weight of the part number assigned to the configured item, the sales quote populates correctly for the weight in the F4211.ITWT based on the lbs for the part. However, when releasing the quote to a sales order via the P420111, the Unit Weight (ITWT) does NOT get copied from the Quote to the Sales Order. (F4211.ITWT)
When using the "Copy" Quote Functionality to move a Quote into a Sales Order, the "Unit Wt." (ITWT) DOES get copied and populated correctly in the F4211.ITWT field.
When using the P420111 to release the Configured Quote, it does NOT populate the "Unit Wt" (ITWT) for new released Sales Order. However, if you Kit/Conf the Sales Order after it's been created, it does populate the Unit Wt. (ITWT)
