E1: 76C: Colombia Tax AAI works for one Tax, another Tax with identical setup receive AAI Missing and Account Invalid Errors. (Doc ID 2473557.1)

Symptoms

When creating a voucher for Colombia receive the following error messages for one tax, but another tax is fine.
Tax Area: COONE-10S: When a voucher is created there are no errors
Tax Area: COTWO-10S: When a voucher is created with this tax area receive the below errors:

Account 80.1240.10 is the AAI account for both taxes.


1.Error “Fetch from table F0006 failed”: The first error related with “Fetch from table F0006
failed” when it is the only error showed up is fixed changing Cat Code 7 in the detail area, we
just change the value and the error is fixed, then we change the value back to the original and
we don’t get the error anymore for this line.
2.Error “Account Number for example 80.1240.10 is invalid”: The second error it looks like account 80.1240.10 does not exist, but is in the Chart of Accounts.
3.Error “AAI missing”: The last error related with AAI missing is not true.
