JD Edwards announces the general availability of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Release 9.2 Update 3. Applications Release 9.2 Update 3 is a cumulative Update that contains all Application patches, certifications, localizations, regulatory and ERP enhancements that have been delivered since GA Release of Applications 9.2 in October 2015 up through enhancements released in October 2018. We strongly recommend taking the latest Tools Release, Tools Release 9.2.3, released on November 8, 2018, to get the full benefit of the newest features delivered. The Update is NOT required; rather a way to catch up on deliverables if it suits your business needs.
Applications 9.2 Update 3 (UN3) simplifies the upgrade process to Release 9.2 code line by allowing customers to apply all changes in a single Update, as well as allow customers currently on Release 9.2 to stay current with all changes since the GA of Release 9.2 in October 2015. More information on the quarterly releases is available on the 9.2 Information Center .
Please refer to Oracle Product Features for more information on what is included in Application Release 9.2 Update 3 and Tools 9.2.3. Oracle Product Features is a catalog of all enhancements JD Edwards. It includes a dynamic, online search tool that enables you to obtain release net change information. You can customize the search by release, product, feature, any word, or compare changes between releases. You can export the output to csv, email, html, pdf, or rtf formats.
Please refer to the Oracle Technical Catalog for more information on the technical changes to JD Edwards. The Oracle Technical Catalog is an online search tool across releases. You can search by release, functional product areas, object type and system codes, or compare changes between releases. The Oracle Technical Catalog replaces the JD Edwards Applications Programmer’s Guide as the single source to find technical changes for the JD Edwards products. The Applications Programmer’s Guide is now obsolete and will no longer be published.

Installation Information
This update contains all Electronic Software Updates (ESUs) completed since the base release of EnterpriseOne 9.2 (October 2015) through October 16, 2018. Installing this update, plus any subsequent ESUs released since October 16, 2018, will bring your installation up to date with the latest maintenance level for your ESUs. This update is not a prerequisite and can be installed at any time. With EnterpriseOne's net change feature, only objects changed by JD Edwards EnterpriseOne since they were last installed on your machine will be merged with existing objects.
The Update also contains all User Defined Objects (UDOs) delivered in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. The UDO update is optional, however it will overlay any UDOs delivered in Base 9.2 or UDOs applied to your environment by an enhancement since 9.2 was released. Tools Release 9.2.1 or greater is REQUIRED for this Update.
Additionally there is a data pack containing all current demo data available. (DP0139201)
